Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, subscribing to, or using the Christ University Business Review (CUBR) platform, users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Subscription

• Access to the magazine is provided on a paid subscription basis unless otherwise specified.
• Subscription fees, duration, and access privileges will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions are non-transferable.

User Responsibilities

Users agree:

• To provide accurate registration and payment information
• Not to reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit the content without written permission from CHRIST University
• Not to attempt unauthorized access to the platform

Intellectual Property

All content published in the Christ University Business Review (CUBR) - including articles, graphics, logos, and design—is the intellectual property of CHRIST University or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright laws.

Modification of Services

The University reserves the right to:

• Modify subscription plans
• Update content
• Temporarily suspend services for maintenance
• with reasonable notice where applicable.

Limitation of Liability

CHRIST University shall not be liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions
• Third-party payment gateway failures
• Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and jurisdiction shall lie with the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
