Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

Subscription Cancellation
 

Users may cancel auto-renewal (if enabled) at any time through their account settings.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Refund Policy

  • Subscription fees once paid are generally non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:
  • Duplicate payment
  • Technical error resulting in failed access despite successful payment
  • Payment deducted but subscription not activated
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

 

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Partial usage of subscription period
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to access due to user-side technical issues
