Shipping Policy

Christ University Business Review is committed to ensuring that physical products purchased through cubr.in are processed and delivered in a timely manner.
This Shipping Policy applies to physical products purchased through the CUBR website, including print editions of the CUBR Business Review and other physical products or merchandise that may be made available through the CUBR Store.

1. Products Covered
This policy applies only to products that require physical delivery.

Digital articles, digital publications, subscriptions and other electronically delivered products are not subject to physical shipping and are governed by the applicable terms stated at the time of purchase.

2. Order Processing
Orders for physical products will be processed after successful confirmation of payment.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.
The order processing period is separate from the delivery period described below.

3. Delivery Within India
CUBR currently offers delivery of physical products within India, subject to courier serviceability.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is generally expected within 5–7 business days.
Accordingly, customers should generally allow approximately 6–10 business days from order confirmation for delivery, including order processing and transit time.
Delivery to remote, rural or otherwise difficult-to-service locations may require additional time.
The delivery timelines stated above are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

4. Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during the checkout process before the customer completes the purchase.
CUBR reserves the right to revise shipping charges from time to time. Any applicable shipping charges will be communicated to the customer before payment is completed.

5. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information at the time of placing an order.
CUBR shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs arising from incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to CUBR because of an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, refusal to accept delivery or repeated failed delivery attempts, any re-dispatch may be subject to additional shipping charges.

6. Shipment Tracking
Where tracking is available, CUBR or its logistics partner may provide shipment tracking information to the customer using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.
Tracking information may take some time to become active after an order has been dispatched.

7. Delayed Deliveries
Delivery timelines may be affected by circumstances beyond CUBR's reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Courier or logistics delays
• Severe weather or natural events
• Public holidays
• Strikes or transportation disruptions
• Government restrictions
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
• Events affecting the availability or movement of goods

Where a delivery is delayed, CUBR will make reasonable efforts to assist the customer in obtaining an update from the relevant delivery partner.
A delay in delivery does not, by itself, constitute grounds for a refund where the order remains deliverable.

8. Damaged Deliveries
Customers are encouraged to inspect the package upon delivery.
If a product is received damaged, the customer should contact CUBR within 3 days of delivery and provide:

• Order number
• Description of the damage
• Photographs of the damaged product
• Photographs of the external packaging, where applicable

Customers should retain the original product and packaging until the matter has been reviewed.
CUBR will assess the claim and, where the claim is determined to be valid, may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement of the product, where reasonably possible, or another remedy in accordance with the applicable refund and consumer-protection requirements.

9. Incorrect or Missing Products
If a customer receives an incorrect product or an item is missing from an order, the customer should notify CUBR within 3 days of delivery.
The customer may be required to provide photographs, the order number and other information reasonably necessary to verify the issue.
Where the error is attributable to CUBR, an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund where applicable, may be provided.

10. Failed Delivery and Returned Shipments
If a shipment cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, refusal to accept delivery or repeated failed delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to CUBR.
Where a customer requests re-dispatch of a returned shipment, additional shipping charges may apply.
Any refund arising from a returned shipment will be considered in accordance with the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

11. International Shipping
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, CUBR currently provides physical delivery within India only.
If international delivery is introduced, the applicable shipping charges, delivery timelines, customs duties, taxes and other charges or restrictions will be communicated at the time of purchase.
